Totally irresponsible behavior. Owner needs to be billed for all enviormental damages, fire fighting and loss of life compensation to families.

Looks like the crew are being thrown under the bus, or under the yacht.
Even if a crew member set off the fireworks, I'm sure they were acting on orders from the owner of the yacht. Some poor crew member serving drinks to a bunch of selfish passengers is now sitting in jail, while the owner and guests are off ruining another part of the world.
BTW, if the yacht has accommodations for 12 overnight guests, it would easily accommodate 17 people to watch a forest fire being started.
