How did he pronounce cavalier? 🤦🏻‍♂️😂😂

  • @gruntlife0341

More like this! Nick, maybe we can get a series of older boats like this. It was a very fun tour and a great video. I'd love to see more of these older boats.

  • @david3765

Can you please stop waving your hand about during your descriptions? It's all very unnecessary and distracting.

  • @bandoheme

Super job of giving the tour and managing the camera all at once. Kudos!

  • @oceanfroggie

Absolutely stunning unbeatable old world charm instead of plastic everywhere. With that sort of space available it's a pity the owners cabin does not have a full island walk around double berth. Your channel is pure treasure.

  • @AndyUK-Corrival

Absolutely stunning, great tour. Such a classy boat and so well maintained.

  • @davidhayes4814

So why do billionaires need absolutely massive yachts, when this is a brilliant size and so classy?

  • @chunkychinn

Hi Nick, hurrah at long last a proper boat. A boat of my no disappeared youth. Such great class, from the days when both Men and Women wore a decent hat and not these revolting Baseball things! From the days when a Gentleman held the door open for a Lady, now we don't know which is what!!! OOps.
Again thankyou Nick, all the old models last so much longer even if we are a bit slower, whats the rush!!

  • @rudiposthumus7798

A masterpiece in mahogany, teak and brass. Beautiful lines that demands a lot of maintenance 🙂 The crew must love sanding and varnish.

  • @matthewmoeller6766

We used to own a James Silver Brown Owl 52. Very elegant and not gaudy.

  • @simonbowen1

A brilliant tour of a beautiful craft.

  • @Kim_Jensen

Just lovely, class with a dash of romance 😀 Who wouldn't like a weekend on this beauty 😊 Thanks for the tour 😊

  • @malcolmjcullen

It's lovely, but can't help but think that £1.4m is a bit steep!

  • @pacogil8246

Para pilotar ese barco hay que ser caballero del reino 😂😂por lo menos . Simplemente magnifico . Gracias 👍👍👍

  • @tellyfanatic

I love the modern stuff but I just love this beautiful piece of history the best part is that she's Scottish.

  • @skaraborgcraft

Is this a sister ship or used to be named Ilonda 3? A family friend was the Captain, we spent a weekend aboard when she was based in Polenca. Even as a teenager I was struck with the joiner work, coming from a long family of "chippies".

  • @ianc7866

Did james A silver make the brown owl 2?

  • @stefkesgts

This a truly beauty. Thanks that you did make this tour so we see a glimp of the past.

  • @iAPX432

True beauty never get old, it mature!
In this boat I would touch every piece of wood and metal, to feel it with my fingers.
    So cosy, so warmth.

  • @johnkorey6968

Wonderfully classic. What a blast from the past. Fully appreciate the history but I’ll stick with my Fleming.
Thanks Nick, as always well done !

  • @Niallisababe1

What a gorgeous ship. So many classical elements to her

  • @demstefan6150

I love the sound of the doors. To these modern ultralight camping style plywood.

  • @TheLeeattwood

Class , Little bit of art nouveau furniture stunning

  • @patrikcalloch7953

Sourires .

  • @chrilliB123

The whole time I was watching I had a very specific smell in my nose. 👃Did anyone else feel the same? Lovely tour, Nick!

  • @francis8579

Totally loved it beautiful perfect for me❤❤❤

  • @kirsteneasdale5707

I used to live right next to Silvers Boatyard on the Gareloch. It was always interesting to walk through the yard to get to the beach and it was the best place to watch the wonderful sunsets. There was always something interesting to see and people to meet who were working on their yachts. It was lovely to see this boat. A real classic. This is the boat I would buy if I had the money. A proper boat unlike some of these modern monstrosities. Thank you for sharing your tour of her.

  • @MutantMycology

Now that is what a perfect ,sexy boat looks like in my head !

  • @hardystein114

That spacious saloon is wonderful !
    Beautiful boat .
