Franky something like the upper deck on this boat should be properly engineered. If that fails, we are talking about potential loss of life. It might cost a few thousand dollars to have an engineer do the structural calcs and ensure that it will be safe for occupancy. As it is now I can tell you with certainty that it is not safe.

Instead of a cabinet for the space in front of the helm make it a storage for Bumpers when you dock or tie down.

work on your base plate you cant have 2in large plate supporting everything, make some triangles baseplates thick and as you have already done one on the rear reinforce with trinagle but on the 2 axis not only one side.
