Marine salvage. Looks like TowBoatUS has the job. Takes time to bring in divers, bags, and pumps. This stuff happens and there are professionals that take care of it. Containment booms in place. Looks like a standard salvage of a private boat. Just a bigger one. How much official (state involvement) "investigation" happens when someone's 20' center console sinks. Not much. Same here. The boat's insurance will investigate. They'll be the one's footing the bill for the salvage and environmental issues, if any.
