Great video! Please can you tell me about your insulation. It looks like you've used a spray on Cork? I know that it's used in boat building but i've never seen it in a van build before. I can see its on the ribs of the van, but is it also sprayed behind the soft fill insulation? What is your soft fill as well? 3M Thinsulate? Recycled plastic? – Lots of questions sorry.. but i'm really interested in that combination. Cheers!

I am curious to see how boat hatches will fit on a van's roof and also to learn how these toilets work.
Should you not have cut out the roof top hole first, then bolt in the strengthening metalwork that the rooftop will screw, pop rivet onto? Just bolting to the van roof won’t be strong enough or replace rigidity you removed by cutting out roof bracing.
