42 next month and remember seeing the trailer for this movie while being in a while being in the waiting room of a doctors office. Until seeing this i always assumed it was about a woman who unknowingly falls for a serial k*ller, or a guy who k*lled one of her friends of family members

Julia Roberts' face looks strange in the thumbnail screenshot, at first glance it doesn't seem like it's Julia. She doesn't look like how you normally see Julia (as she was then, in her youth). I mean, you can see it IS her – after a few seconds. She has a very unique face and because of the lighting, you can see her unusual features in this screenshot.
