May I ask why you hove to to reef? Normally one just eases the main and head sail.

Nicely done it's all about practice. Strange how quick you can feel rusty.
Sailing along wearing lots of kit to keep warm even in the summer here. As soon as I start winching and working the boat I tend to overheat and start stripping off. It's hard to get a happy medium.
