Captain and crew should go to prison! This is shameful the Italians let them go home?! Did you drug test them? Would you let a drunk driver walk? They had hours to prepare the boat yet the Below Deck party crew did nothing till it was too late. Prison is were they belong!

The guy went through a traumatic event. He already feels responsible for being the captain and it's tradition for the captain to go down with the boat if it's people won't make it, but now he is also under investigation? Water sprout or water born tornado? Which one is it? There are engineers who have to make sure everything is right with the boat before take-off, so it's highly unlikely it's the captain's fault unless he ignored issues that were raised.
