💙 Cine suntem?

  • @jimilipi5493

Already four years, unbelievable that it was yesterday

  • @gerryobyne3457

😅I use laser 2664 dent puller suction cup to hang to the hull it just slides along they about 15 euros I clean a lot of boats

  • @svgrateful6715

Please consider replacIng those rudder lines with dune a. No stretch once they set and strong. A broken rudder cable in a big sea will ruin your day.

I’ve watched you from the beginning of your journey with Yaba. I don’t think I have ever seen two people work so hard on what looked like a lost cause. You didn’t buy a boat really you have a deck and wheel house and the roof of what would become the interior of a boat. You had to replace everything below the deck. Your dedication and determination is to be admired. Your a great example for young people to follow your dreams no matter how hard you have to work or how many people say you can’t do it. You have proved them all wrong. I wish you nothing but the best as you realize your dream sailing the blue water of out beautiful planet. You should be very proud of the last four years. Not many can do what you did. Please stay safe and well and well and you follow your dreams.

Hey team, well done. I am so filled with joy to see you chase your dreams. Very proud of you. Keep being awesome team.

  • @NAMCBEO

Your rudder control system is not safe !
You have a very large rudder.
The rudder control you have is barely ok for puttering around in a safe harbor !!!!!
The worst thing that you can lose is the rudder, the second is the engine, third is your masts or sails
and by the way do you have a sea anchor ready to use if you need it !!!!
Imagine getting caught in rough seas and one of those ropes snap from a sideward hit from
a wave. A boat without a rudder will automatically go beam on to the waves and set you up for a roll over !
I say this out of concern for your safety

  • @jonathanworthing6278

I’m made up for the both of you, been watching you from day one, wish you all the best and happiness with your sailing.

  • @jeffreynerdin3522

MP – Does your mother speak Italian? I don’t speak Spanish or Portuguese, but I understood her perfectly.

  • @kitefloripasurf

  • @glennjaggard7065

Hey Ben put a safety Rope on the Rods when leaving them unattended as if a big fish takes it bang over goes the rod so better safe than shit I've lost my Rod

  • @carltontweedle5724

I want to see YABA under full sail in a good wind not reefed but going fast.

  • @danrose3621

Curious why so much build up. Didn’t you anti foul the hull ?

  • @deerfootnz

Its not that I thought you guys wouldnt sail – its that I couldnt see the value in that boat. I still cant.

  • @Delious07

Im curious do yall have ac on Yaba? cause its hotter then the hinges of hell out there now

  • @popsyann

Just realized that I have been following you for the last four years… Time flies! Enjoy your new adventures!❤

  • @davidnewstead8787

Used to clean bottoms as a business, a heavy duty paint scraper and a plastic handle with 2 suction cups, like people who lift glass up with you stick suction cups to the hull so it’s easier to work also tie all tools to you

  • @Lea4-22

I was so excited when you turned on the engine to depart and I can't imagine the thrill when those sails go up and fill with wind.!

  • @gregbolitho9775

I don't think I ever said that, its not something I'd say.The antifoul stuff, is good, not much growth there, enough so you can wrote notes for other people in the growth. 😂 Sorry bout you Gramps MP. Mine went in 65 at 95, the other in 70 round the same age. Looks like the dinghy could us a clean and som antifoul too 😉 Take off, lookin forward to catchin you goin places and divin and stuff. Thanks m8s, all 5 look after yourselves, stay vertical Eh!

  • @Flysimware

For your channel I always click like first so I do not forget when the video ends, which I do sometimes! 👍

  • @pmacgowan

Next project … Make your boat electric powered? … Happy sailing 🙂

  • @Krieghandt

That's dirty. Here's your free diving lesson, clean the hull of Yaba.

  • @Krieghandt

You are going to need to buy more clothes to sail to Svalbard.

  • @johnbrightman282

as old sailor suggest raising dingy with boom swung over side and use winch to do the lifting, much better than back injuries on a boat at sea.

  • @billbergquist4722

Count me as amazed that you restored that rotting hulk. Thought you were absolutely crazy.

  • @shaggyduder

Well, thanks for all the years of entertaining build content, enjoy your transition to a sailing channel.

  • @russelllavender7310

Thanks for all the entertainment as we watched this lovely vessel's reconstruction fantastic job, I've never owned a mored vessel but the maintenance team at a marina I used to hang around at had a big pad with a rope tied to each end, used in a keel haul fashion would scrub the hull clean. Best of luck 😂😂🎉😊

  • @user-mt1dp8vv5t

Where is the captain seat ???🥰🥰😄😄😄😄👍👍👍👍

  • @BC-ni3sk

Get a small, short handled broom to clean off the hull!!
