Being anywhere near a quay is crazy in this seaway. She should have been taken to sea or I to protected waters assuming that was possible in the circumstances.
Nothing the person filming could do without risking injury or death. The time to do something useful is long gone IMO.

I'll say something here ffs I just back from a 4 week cruise on my 34 ft IOR 1977 sailboat in the St-Lawrence river up in eastern canada. 20 knots is a standard over here. wth is going on with this super yacht. navi pirini is going down with this I beleive sueing the widow and the crew gtfo.

Btw, don't forget that Lynch's business partner was killed the day before…he was apparently hit by a car whilst out jogging and both these deaths occurred after they won a court case in June 2024 about selling their business at an inflated price because their accounts were fraudulent
