Doesn’t seem to be any urgency to actually RAISE the vessel. Is damage to too many reputations likely to occur if vessel is brought to the surface. I understand the total weight of the mast is 28 tons. I imagine the mast when down on the water would never recover .The mast would have pulled the vessel down, with the tip of the mast hitting the seabed first.

The builder is deatly scared of a massive lawsuit which is comming , the builder is playing offense but he who sues last sues best .
