Although look at what anything cost these days as far as living space. ie = apartment, condo , house , ect. Myself , i would take out those mercruisers and replace with 2 Cummins diesels with turbos. This is a good investment to live on or even just to have and fix up for a getaway spot. Also take time to fix and in possibly flip in 3 years. Places to live are just a investment. I would find a nice Marina with wash house and possibly a laundry room. Food for thought !

My offer would be $3,000. That boat is a complete nightmare. I'm sure there was a strong odor of mold and mildew because that missing hatch on the flybridge compromised the inner walls. A nonfunctioning motor should be considered a worst-case scenario, plus the engine room would need a complete rewiring. I could go on and on. This boat is only worth its scrap value.
