How is it possible the coastal wins if it has Helly Tech protection in comparison with the Race ones, which has Helly tech Performance?

I had my old trusty heavy-duty Musto jacket and was standing out in pouring rain while steering one of the small sailboats in our scout flotilla for hours trying to reach our night anchoring spot. It was like standing in a waterfall for hours. Needless to say, the front zipper let tons of water on my chest and elsewhere. I was cold and felt miserable. The flotilla leader had the proper PVC fisherman jacket, and he was dry. The choice is simple, I would go for the Grundens jacket without doubt. In particular, if you are forced to stand still and steer in bad weather (for example, your autopilot has broken). Cheers.
Thx for testing….tyring to find Pu coated that matches PVC waterproofness is tough.
