Nice transformation.
Tip. There are plastic liners you can get for metal roller pans. They are really cheap. Just put it in the pan and roll as normal. When done discard the liner. You can reuse the metal pan indefinitely that way. When removing painter's tape if you are having problems run a razor or razor knife along the joint to score the new paint. It should pull off very cleanly

I always try to pull tape before the paint fully dries…especially with glossy type paints. it's less likely to peel

On your trip to the states you need to find a couple of Dollar Tree stores. They have a nice selection of perl and stick wall papers or a close second to what you put in the heads. They also offer ones that look like faux tin. Just some suggestions, as I was thinking when you get back to the valley you may also want to dress up some of that area too.

How does that work as a shower room? Do you just empty everything out when it is used for a shower? Is there anything special you need to do with the wood, or is it just not used that much as a shower to really have to worry about it?

When I use a hole saw bit I drill most of the way through from one side of the board then finish the hole from the other side so there’s no ugly breakthrough.

You can now buy pop down wastes for basins as opposed to the pop ups. They look way better as they are flush when in the open draining position and push down to close.

Hi you can always install your loo roll holder inside a cupoard door .It keeps it safe and out of sight .
Homes are the same. Wife wants to decorate and hates being told that fixing the grading outside MUST be done immediately. That said, you've made a lovely job of it. I admit being relieved to see the tile you installed was sheet goods as that would be the very devil to put actual ceramic tile, especially for a first timer.
Good to have Becka back. Hope the knee will heal completely. Zack has done a lot in those six weeks. But then…..the final (?) touch together. Brilliant. One question though: There is a picture of a great white shark above the loo. Is it your way of thinking that a great white can be scared away from the boat by dumping your own "brown bears"? Just kidding.
Only a suggestion but please make sure the Mirrors can't jump off the mounts in a Storm….
