Feedback:
Helm seating: I'd suggest changing it to a split-bench design, with each section electric-adjustable (similar to most cars, today.) To include height, forward/backward, and recline adjustments. Tip: When you are on a LONG day at the helm -- you do NOT want to be standing all day/night. Instead, you want a seat position where your feet/toes are grasping/steering the bottom of the wheel (like a foot-rest.) This keeps your hands free for drinks, comms, binoculars, etc.

Kitchen sink: Needs to be at least a double-bin (double-drain) sink. Also needs one of the arched/sprung faucets that you can pull out like a showerhead, and better rinse-down the sink.

I would ask to have a grab bar around ALL of the kitchen counters. Diameter thick enough to be sturdy, yet thin enough to clasp a safety belt onto.

Nav station: I would install a Plexiglas top over thr top, and secure it with a long piano hinge. This would allow you to put charts beneath it, and write on the plexiglass with dry-erase markers or grease pencils. It would protect your charts from spills/drinks, and keep them from flying off during windy conditions.

Showers: I couldn't really tell from this video. But, all showers should either have a moulded seat, or a flip-down seat (so ladies can easily sit and shave their legs.)
I personally also prefer the shower floor to be recessed a few inches (aka shower pan design) = reduce water seepage outside the shower.

We just purchased a 46. It’s going into the charter program for the next five years. When it comes out one of the big things I wanna do is change starboard forward cabin into more of a toy garage. Dive gear snorkel gear stuff like that when we’re not using it. Leave the shower in place and use it to freshwater wash all our gear and then add a dedicated dehumidifier into that room to help dry things out. Remove the bed remove the cabinets underneath. We’ve everything else pretty much standard except for the model we got is the four cabin so port forward is not an office Space. We’re also gonna add a combo washer dryer to the starboard forward cabin as well. The other big thing I’m doing is adding a furling boom, four-way thrusters. I’m gonna add an arch off the back of the boat for additional solar. And eventually convert the diesel to a diesel electric hybrid. The problem with the current hybrid model is range. Ironically going diesel through a generator into an electric motor is actually far less efficient than using a diesel for your long range and an electric for your short range.

Hi, fascinating to see the 46 and fan of hybrid but personally would rather a direct linked diesel to propellor with electric in series so if all else fails you might have some propulsion. The chances of serial failures are admittedly small but a lightning strike would definitely cripple you. On the plus side podded motors reduce need for sail drive maintenance and annual docking so a big win. Layout really loved the 3 cabin arrangement with space forward for office or workshop although does bring head closer to sleeping area. :-0 Only step backwards is the loft stairs are not on same side as helm as per the 45. This makes no sense to me as would want to easily move from one to another rather than have to transit across the rear seating. Also noted R&C have done nothing, seemingly, to improve support for rudder post. If I had money to buy first step I’d take would be to add some supporting GRP.
