You cant live on that there’s No Backyard, No front Lawn, No Wine cellar gotta have a wine cellar , No Swimming pool, Nowhere to put the Grand Piano, Where’s the stables for my Horse , No Fireplace with Arga Cooker, Nowhere to put the shed for a Lawnmower, And last but not least where’s the garage for my 4X4 ?

If you get a loan your yearly expenses will probably be around $ 60,000 (interest plus 10% maintenance plus marina fees). Add fuel costs for any trips. Too bad boats consume so much dough. It's not like you save money living on one.
