We loved it we met her awesome our butler was aldo room.butler Mike x head concierge raj head butler victor yc director sal and yc top sail butler dorah absolutely loved them. miss them met as customers left as friends x get what you pay for we had royal suite the week ..definitely worth the 9k

We have been on the MSC Seashore for three – 7 day cruises, 1 in the Yacht club and 2 in regular cabins. We were disappointed in the Yacht club experience but enjoyed the regular cabins. The Yacht club fails to deliver when other Yacht club guests have loud and disruptive kids, and "service dogs". Unruly kids made the YC dinner, pool and hot tubs a real unpleasant place to be. The "Butler" service is non-existent and was of no value beyond standard cabin attendant.

We love MSC and have 2 cruises already booked for 2025. We tried Yacht Club once. It was a great disappointment. We did not receive the services you advertise and our “butler” wasn’t any better than the cabin attendants in the rest of the ship. Maybe our experience was the exception, but we don’t plan to book Yacht Club in the future.
