Am I correct in thinking that the Irish navy has about one functional sea worthy vessel of any size.
In the light of rising tensions with Russia and possibility of a powerful member of NATO leaving, plus a very healthy economy, I'd like to see Eire up it's defence spending.

I dont understand why we criticse Russian and Chinese vesseles when US ships are spying on everyone everywhere. We have several permanent US spy bases in Australia that arent wanted.

What a joke. Don’t the Russians know that the best way to destroy deep submerged infrastructure is to find a sailing yacht with 2 men & 1 woman divers pretend to be on a sailing trip whilst all the while conducting a complexed underwater sabotage that decimated the infrastructure under the watchful eye of the whole world.
