I have no single pick, but love all the world class sailors and their adventure around the world. Frequently check on King Jean Le Cam, hoping to see this old salt take on the youths, in his daggerboard boat! I think Charlie Darlin will fight to the finish, but so will Boris, Thomas Ruyant.
