I will say this, for the one person who denied to be blood tested tells me that the person was the one driving the boat. He was drunk as hell. And if it's true that Capt. Paul Clark of the Loon was the one driving, then he's screwed. For one, I believe that this was a crew party and people they knew and not a charter or charter guess. Don't get me wrong there can be charters for the week of christmas but most families want to be at home with other and such and it may be hard to find even crew thats willing to give up christmas week for a charter. But they might if a deal was done by the owner where they had a charter for New Years week and so to make sure people will be around the week before and during that new year week say since the boat is down at St Barts for the holidays you can take the christmas week off with pay and they decided to have a christmas party with all the crew. And probably some of the crew had girlfriends and flown down for christmas to enjoy a few days at the island and see the boat.

Another thing, see where the boat hit. It wasn't a sand bar or a submerged whatever, it was a rocky shore. It looked like the driver of the boat went directly at the rocky shore and not hitting it sideways going to a place in the water. And if it's true the chase boat was hitting markers in the water then that driver of the boat was shit faced drunk. Something tells me that the whole crew may be let go in the near future including the captain (who most likely was the driver of the chase boat). Also the Motor Loon channel you can't say anything that looks negative about any situation about that boat or the crew, they will delete the comment.

My dreams of owning a beautiful yacht are dashed!! With all your reports of sinking, fires and running aground I don't think it would be a worthwhile investment. Then again- I'm not in a position to buy one soon! lol

I do not believe this is Loon’s tender. Theirs has much more wood trim and has no solar on the roof. It is an HCB, but if you check their new tender video from Dec 3rd last year, you’ll see some very distinct differences, especially wooden accent pieces, between this tender, and what’s in their video.
