The floating gin palace industry seems to be run by incompetents, crooks and deviants, the boats seem to be staffed by drunks and owned by people who know nothing about going to sea, it seems that some stiff regulations need to be implemented while there is still an industry to save because at this rate there will be nothing left to save soon,

I find it very odd that the British Government who is a corner stone of rule of law and democracy would have acted this way against Phi and its owner without any evidence. (unless MI5/MI-6 know something we don't). That is something the incoming US kingdon would do since they won't be rule of law anymore, but the UK ?

On Phi, any damage to the fancy row boat while under aeerest should be responsibility of the government. If the boat isn't even fit to travel anymore and no insured and lost its calss, the British government needs to either pay for total refit of boat to bring it to brnd new state or pay the owner for damages so owner can buy a new boat and british govt stuck with the useless hull in London.

Phi needs to get back to its owner. A little rediculous to seize it for sanctions and not place any sanction on it owner and not return it to its rightful owner. Now the owner is dieing and can't use the damn thing. The UK and any other government responsible should be held liable for any and all repairs to get the ship back up to the standard it was seized in. As for the sailing doodles catamaran. That thing was bound to be a nightmare from its maiden voyage. Wouldn't surprise me if what happened to it was on purpose to rid the company of the hassle.
