Nice video! We've just done the same trip in Preziosa YC - 10-17 Jan 2025. Totally agree about the shuttles they are not good value for money but very surprised about your disembarking experience. From the moment we boarded to when we said good bye in the luggage hall, we felt very looked after. There was no rush when we left - we had a very relaxed breakfast in La Palmeraie and then coffee in the lounge before being picked up by our truly wonderful butler, Mariella to leave the ship around 10:45. Maybe it's a bit less hectic after the Christmas cruises...
