Will you be able to get insurance on a boat this old? Wouldn't that be a problem with marinas?

Kijiji worked for me. Alberg 22 with a mint trailer for $3500. The rigging, sails and motor are all good. Sleeps 4 people.

You should review the Morgan 28 O.I. It is a very capable boat for bluewater cruising. I know, I had one and cruised it for over 14 years throughout Mexico, the sea of Cortez, Hawaii and the Caribbean.

Best way value any boat is to measure annual parking fees and insurance needed with the asking price. Asking price minus running annual costs is the price a happy diy'er should pay at most. Best case scenario is to ask if it is free or just offer 100-200$ and see what happens.

Najad 441 is the best boat I have ever sailed on, happy as a submarine in heavy weather, absolute tank of a boat, rigging is oversized. You will break before she does.

My dad is selling his after 16 years sailing, it's in Langkawi, I think. £180k and I'd buy it in a second if I could afford it and to run it. It's an absolute beast in heavy weather.
