Dilbar is owned by Usmanov's family trust, and the trust's sole beneficiary is one of Usmanov's sisters. In law, he is neither the owner nor the beneficial owner of Dilbar , but of course he is the only person who ever uses it. Assigning ownership and wealth to close family members is standard practice in many countries across the globe.
