I love that Jason is all about if someone isn't willing to take direction from a team leader then cut losses and move on… where as Sandy would have insisted on finding a way to work things out without listening to her team leader (as we witnessed season after season) and then in the after show Sandy will say how she didn't know how bad it was.
… The thing I really like about Jason is he is everywhere observing everything whenever possible without micro managing his team but is knowledgeable about the problems and therefore able to provide support in words of wisdom, encouragement to get through or firing when it becomes a cancer to the group.

I agree… between all the split screens and the quickness from scene to scene I have trouble keeping up with the story. This time when the episode was over I felt confused by the entire thing other than Jason told Anthony to hit the road.
Its like when an action movie has too much special effects that my brain can't process and my eyes can't keep up. They need to figure out a way to slow down the story or find another way to show us that things are happening at the same time.

I could not get over that primary! I'm almost embarrassed to be an Ohioan LOL. Between the comments about his "natural success" and being "blessed by good looks" I almost had to rewind several times. Also, did anyone else catch that when they were doing the boat tour and they showed the balcony, I think Lara said that they keep it closed when sailing, and the primary said he didn't care if they closed it, he was going to open it back up so he could dive off the balcony. When things were heating up over getting the balcony closed, I kept waiting for the primary to go right back up there and open it again!
