How many more of these boats are going to have issues before someone steps in and bans them. They need new legislation on all boat standards in their area.

When are people going to wake up and stay away from those fly by night dive boats? That's the reason professionals charge a little more. They maintain their boats. And the equipment they use to fill tanks. A secondary issue of the cheap dive boats contaminated air ruins vacations and people's heath.
