Who knows if drugs were not involved also hence the Captain’s reluctance to take a alcohol/drugs test, I wouldn’t be surprised with the news coming out, its rife in the yachting industry.

tbf if it was traveling at 44knots at the time of impact surely it would be futher into the rocks and EVERYONE would be severley injured and all flown way out of the boat????
