Got a good engine so if I bought her first thing I'd do is move her to the cheapest place that has everything needed.
Serious money can be made off this….but it will take serious effort.

Gus (In Too Deep channel ) would have that boat fixed and in the water in 8 weeks. That kid is a machine.

crankshaft inside engine bearing damage probably from the impact of prop….delam is just plain bad fiberglass layup….that is seperating too uniformly….too dry of layup when hull was laid

This problem started when the hull was laid, maybe they forgot to bag it and suck the air out. It's clearly not laid right and who knows maybe the epoxy they would infuse the layers with wasn't properly mixed or it didn't cure correctly.

Truly a rich man’s boat even if the price is cheap it’s costly to work on a boat this size. Just the cost to maintain this vessel probably more than 20k a year

It's not only gelcoat, it's a coat of fiberglass/mat most likely was repaired and not clean or during building didn't cured as wanted or was underwater for a long period of time, who knows. Needs complete peeling. And reapply fiberglass and gelcoat. Big job.
