The buyer and seller have copies; the banks have copies; the insurance carriers have copies; all the attorneys have copies and the broker has a copy. There must be ten or more Original Copies. If money was stolen, it wouldn't show in the paperwork.

   That´s what digital signatures are for!
   A file with a signature can't be changed without breaking the signature. So everybody would notice it.
   Sending contracts without signature is "unprofessional".

I gotta saw though, this story has been shocking from the beginning in that this is the only industry I've ever heard of where employees still around beyond one missed paycheck. Any other industry or business that bounces checks and the employees are gone instantly.
