A fi lovit din nou de o barcă de pescuit, apoi întreruperea puterii la nivel național nu a fost în plan … dar hei, asta este viața cu barca, nimic nu merge cu adevărat la plan! O jumătate dintre noi este în Portugalia pe noua noastră barcă, încercând să organizăm lucrurile, astfel încât să putem împinge de pe perete și să ieșim din nou navigând. Puteți trăi telecomandă pe această barcă luni și luni, fără a fi nevoie să reaprolați (3 frigidere/congelatoare, cantitate nebună de baterii de litiu solar și uriaș etc.). Mai are nevoie de unele lucrări cosmetice în interior și câteva lucruri aici și acolo, dar ar putea traversa oceanele chiar acum. Ne place această barcă, dar suntem conștienți că nu ne vom întoarce nicăieri în apropierea banilor pe care i -am pus în ea. Call the police department and the harbor Master and report them they are responsible for all of the damage they did to your boat even if it's only scratches you need to get a police report you don't have to ask them for nothing just call the police department and report it and Pres charges don't let them intimidate you let the police handle it if you don't call the police them people are going to keep hitting people and your boats by just the way the one guy trying to say there's no damage he doesn't know shit he don't know if there's inside of your boat if it's badly damaged
You have the right to go and talk to them. Accidents happen all over the World, in every port/marina/anchorage.

My theory has been for a while, not to do "fragile" hobbies. Where you or your property can easily be damaged by others. So I'm thinking instead of cycling, sailing, airplanes – I'll be running a steam roller. Or 8×8 trucks. Or a former tug boat. Just something where people can't be like "a whoopsie daysie, sorry bye" but they'll be rather gutted if they smash their thing into it and get their own property damaged. With these things you can claim your space and be like 🤷 any day. Sad reaction to the state of our society but hey ho.

Extremely tight quarters. It would be resonable to expect a bump or two. On the other hand a cache of water ballons in the bow area can not be over ruled. One or two bombardments should improve dock handling skills.

Get the boat number on the hull, then call the authorities. That was def intimidation. Everybody on those 2 boats came up on the dock to confront you. And they likely gave you misinformation on paper. Get the hull number and call authorities. Take video of everything and everyone.
Go drop your anchor if you’re that worried about a bump from another boat. Most people get out on their deck with a scotchman to help them get past you. Boating etiquette 101.
