This is the problem with MSC. They are consitent or inconsitent from ship to ship .

Great review! The Yacht Club embarkation lounge in the new terminal was not ready at the time of the Inaugural sailing.
It is still not open yet as I type this comment, but I’ve been told it should be open in June. My wife and I will be aboard June 28th and I’ll try to remember to come back and let you know.

Thank you! This is the best YC review I've seen for this ship. You covered everything I needed to know. I watched another review earlier this week that said to NOT book YC on WA. I got freaked out a bit because we're booked there next February. Your review gave me some peace of mind for sure!

Thank you for your review!
My wife and I are booked for our FIRST cruise with MSC and World America for there October 25th 7 night Eastern Caribbean sailing.
We booked the Yacht Club in a Deluxe Suite balcony on deck 21 port side of the ship.
We normally do not cruise anymore on MEGA ships but the itinerary, time frame, price and the yacht club reviews sold it for us to give it a try.
We like the idea of being able to explore this new massive ship of 6,700 passengers but be able to enjoy the quieter spaces of yacht club along with all the other perks like embarking and disbarking along with priority to shows etc.
We hope by going in late October the ship will not be at full capacity with kids / families as they are in school still & before the holidays hit and we are obviously sailing after the spring break and summer season crush.
I'm sure we will see some families though as this line caters toward that demographic so there's that.

Question for you? Would you sail yacht club again on the World class ships of MSC vs there C class ships of seascape and Seashore that seem to be more popular yacht club experiences??
Being the pool and hottub were small could you even use them with more people in yacht club?

I know we are hoping for a good experience in October 2025 on World America and by going 6 months after there inaugural sailing we are hoping all the kinks are worked through and the staff are settled in for a enjoyable experience.

We are also going on an 11 night Panama Canal and Southern Caribbean ABC Islands cruise in March of 2026 on Celebrity Ascent 3,200 passengers in a Aqua Sky Suite deck 10 port side of the ship and the retreat experience as well. This also will be our first experience on a Edge class ship + Suite Category and the retreat.
We sailed on Celebrity our first time back in 2023 on Equinox there soltice class ship in a Aqua class balcony and enjoyed the upscale premium vibe enough on that older ship to book the 2026 cruise on there newest edge class and kick it up a notch per say.
Celebrity is currently our preferred line to sail on.

Have you or will you cruise MSC's luxury line Explora Journeys?

We also have a March 2027 8 night cruise booked in a Cove Residence suite on deck 8 port side of the ship on Explora III 922 passengers embarking in Bridgetown Barbados to the deeper southern Caribbean islands and back to Miami.
We are really looking forward to this cruise as a gift to each other as we both turn 60! Lol.
Our research tells us to expect a Yacht club type experience but on a entire ship.
