Mike – a follow up on your reply below "The added cost will be minimized by more efficient operations, lower maintenance and offset by additional revenue. The waterfront project will not affect the HOA". – Mike – Can you please post the data on the AS internal members only site that supports this claim. What are the (additional) weekly, monthly, and annual sales numbers that are required to support this claim? The summer months might be easy but it is the other nine months of the year that puts so many restaurants and businesses out of business all around the lake. What are the projected savings by "more efficient operations and lower maintenance cost?" Is your statement for the first year, five years, or the fifteen years that some UOs will be paying for the new YC? With all of the effort put into selling us on the new YC I would hope you have the data to support this claim. Please share it with us. Thank you in advance. Tony
