Cozumel is kinda meh. We try and avoid it if we can. The worst is when your itinerary changes and they make taking away a port you wanted to go to and having exchanged it with Cozumel sound like an upgrade. The pizzeria looks great. Nothing wrong with pineapple on a pizza (or a burger). Why couldn’t you put reef friendly sun cream on, not even mineral sunscreens? That would veto that excursion for me, I can burn in October in Canada, so Mexico would kill me. That food looked fantastic.
