  2. One critique. Not everyone knows how to make pizza, so maybe it is not self-explanitory for all. I knew of a guy who peeled the entire carrot when he was asked to peel the carrots for a roast….

  3. That is my favorit pizza flour. Poolish first then proof for at least 24h, preferably 36h. San Marzano, fior di latte some parm, basil, 430c for 90s and you have a PERFECT pizza.

  4. Beautifull chef ! Nice pizza ! I m not an expert ( serving food – 3000 people everyday till 2008 ) , but you did a really good job ! I never do something without to make a try before ! Rationol ofen make also a great job , you have just to bake 2 times , with and wirhout Mozzarella……it means you can prepare a large quantity and timing perfectly the serving , backing on the right Time ❤

  5. May I tell you yawning industries to die for recently a stewardess was killed on a yacht. That's right she was murdered because as a stewardess she was stalked by another person on the yacht but in the yachting industry that's just normal. 😮😢

  9. Very good instructions. An additional note from me: You can also put the dough in the fridge overnight. And if you make it for fewer people and want pizza every day, you can make the dough a week in advance.
