It would be a lot smarter for an income and taxable perspective to just Rent the cost of this so called "Yacht" and maybe write off those expenses than just buy a huge asset like that as a means to write off damn near all the taxes one would owe to the government.

Some of these guru vids love to tell kids that they can just make extravagant purchases and claim its for a business so that they can axe their taxes on based on spending it on said item.

Its better money to just borrow, rent, or lease it, look "rich" for your job, and still maintain your dough...at least thats how I would do it if I were in this position.

I don't think showing clients a house from a boat is "ordinary in nature', nor 'necessary'. Certainly doesn't sound reasonable.
