Nice Video!
The true British Caribbean accent will sound like 'KEY; (think Key West!!!)
But I think our common U.S. way of saying it as it looks as it is spelled "CAY' is also entirely okay!

NOTE: Yes, the shore is not as nice at the Yacht Club Beach shown.
They NOW have added an additional YC Beach area, just to the left... (the other side of) the Ocean House. there on what is sometimes called Bimini Beach.
They have a Service Tent set up there, a special area with the loungers and umbrellas, etc...
You mentioned waling to what you thought was North Beach. North Beach is the North Shoreline of that large central lagoon.
Bimini beach is on open water.
NOTE: They have changed up the lunch menu at Ocean House as well. A few differences. I believe that the Octopus Salad and the Carne Asada Salad are now gone.
