‘Public Relations’, the clue is in the name. Nowhere in the PR playbook does rude and arrogant behaviour appear. I doubt the behaviour exhibited by the company’s staff would be condoned by the company as, by any measure, all it does is damage the brand. Petty and unprofessional.
