We have sailed with msc many times but never in yacht club. Now we decided to give it a try and we just booked our first yacht club on divina in june

Thanks, Were about to try MSC for the first time and taking the Seascape out of Galveston for it's inaugural cruise out of Texas. We upgraded to the yacht club, so your information was very helpful.

I was on the Euribia and the Preziosa so far, and I think that Euribia is the better option – it still isn't too crowded, but you have all YC venues at the front. While it is sometimes nice to stretch your legs and walk to the restaurant at the aft on Fantasia Class, it was just nicer to have everything nearby like on Euribia. Plus, the venues just feel a lot more modern, which I prefered. Price-wise Preziosa was a lot more attractive on my trips, though – I paid about the same for the YC1 on Preziosa as I did for the YIN on Euribia. If I had to compare apples with apples, so both YC1, Preziosa was a lot cheaper – and I wouldn't hesitate booking it again. I just enjoyed the Masters of the Sea, I love that pub style. And the Carousel Lounge was a banger

The Fantasia Class offers two specialty restaurants, however – Butcher's Cut and on Splendida, for example, Sea Pavilion. On Preziosa it is the Galaxy Restaurant

Yacht Club is one big rip-off, too overpriced for that type of luxury. I will do it only if it is free LOL

AGREE 100%. Sailed on three MSC YC ships and the Fantasia experience was MUCH better than almost every other. The first YC experience was on the Meraviglia and it was outstanding, but the Splendida was AWESOME.

World Europa YC does have afternoon tea. It's called High Tea and it's served at the Top Sail Lounge. My friend and I have booked a YC Duplex Suite with Whirlpool on the World Europa.

Thank You, Alex. I booked a YC Duplex Suite on the Grandiosa next year for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Everything I've seen about it looks amazing. We did a Sanctuary Balcony room aboard the Sun Princess this past May, and enjoyed it, but wanted a LOT more money for the same room next year. So we're giving YC a try.

First of all, thank you for another fantastic video.
I agree with your view on the personal service in the YC Fantasia class, which is largely due to the size of the ships. However, their age means that the level of maintenance is somewhat lacking.
I was on YC Fantasia this February, staying in a family suite. The personal interaction with the staff was excellent—far above what we’ve experienced on the YC Meraviglia class.
That said, the suite showed clear signs of poorly done patchwork repairs, especially in the bathroom, where sealant had been used to cover up damage, and the bathtub was unusable due to the surrounding construction.
The carpets and furniture also showed noticeable wear and tear.
We’ve now booked a trip on YC World Europa to try that experience, and we’re hoping to try the YC Seaside class next summer.
