6. That would have been a lovely SB3, but I'm sure you made the right choice. Right? That's a lot of boat though, in exceptional condition, for a very reasonable price. I always look at the edges of the engine hatches. If they're clean, you know the boat is well maintained. I have seen dirty rims even on new yachts, and this one was nice and clean. Thanks for the tour!

7. Indeed a blast from the past. Princess no matter the footage, has always excelled in design and quality. The old cherry wood no matter the finish brings back a sense of nostalgia. Nonetheless, leaving the past in the past is preferable as I'm very pleased with today's more sophisticated materials and endless customization options. I do remember the videos of your renovations and your right. Even though I spend many months on board, keeping up the land based assets is wise and monies well spent. Besides it's a good place to stash the teenagers! Well Nick, once again the week is well spent therefore have a good weekend.

   At 'the minute'. Which minute? A minute is a 60 second period of time, 'the minute' is a very specific minute. And it's over in 60 seconds

   At the 'moment' describes a period of time relative to the current context. And can be this few seconds to this year and more.

   Why bother learning grammar if it's to be abandoned when hearing someone who sounds 'out there' getting it wrong?

15. That’s a very well keep older boat, I can see why they couldn’t afford to maintain that standard when the cheaper boats came on the market, having said that it’s only the price of a merry fisher 895 now!
