Beautiful looking yacht. It would be interesting to know the Angle of Vanishing Stability and the Down flooding Angle for this vessel. I ask because I see design characteristics of concern: First, those engine vents and lazarette vents built into the hull are a problem. Second, the sunken aft cockpit is also a problem. These were both contributing factors to the Bayesian sinking. If this boat gets knocked over in a storm the vents and sunken cockpit are highly susceptible to the ingress of seawater. I can't say that they're design "flaws", but they are most certainly "specific design elements" and should be considered very carefully. The AVS for Bayesian was 81 degrees. The D/A was 45 degrees. These are EXTREMELY low for a vessel intended for unrestricted ocean service.
