That machine is hideous. I'll bet the farmers in the area totally hate that thing. It is a menace to the fauna in the water, and contributes nothing but noise to the serenity of the river community. Imagine that thing times a hundred screaming up and down that river or canal community. Sink it IMHO. As far as the craftsmanship, there are so many red flags, that thing won't last more than a year, and if it hits anything submerged that is metal or a heavy mass AT THAT SPEED, both the boat and the driver are dead.
