I can recommend a flexisander. We are across the water from you and working with alexeal and it longboards like the best of them. You can use dura gold mesh sand paper rollers. Vacuum sanding is the bomb.

Does using epoxy primer mean that you're not going to use polyester gel coat on those areas?

I love watching your channel and all the effort and work you put in. I have decided you both are crazy because at 65 there is NO WAY I could do this, no matter how much I want to. I think I have a better chance to build an overland expedition vehicle. You have my utmost admiration and respect.

Watching you guys sand over the years has made me sure if I ever build something large, I'm just going to hit it with 80 grit and then cover it with vinyl or veneer or paper. Done.
