Can someone please educate me on how that helm is good design please? I'm a newbie to live aboard doing my research because i will be buying in a year or so looking at different designs, etc, what my eyes and mind sees and thinks are , you're 2 inches from falling off back, no comfortable safe secured seating if you're on a long rough passage, you're completely exposed to all the elements. What am I missing please?

Swan are just about the only people who make beautifull yachts nowadays.Most modern yachts are plain ugly.
