I don't know where to begin or end commenting on his incompetent tinkering. First of all, lifting the engine WITHOUT checking if there are any fixed points left. Second, the oil cooler with a screwdriver on the sealing surface...‍ in the video, you can see two threaded holes; you screw two bolts/threaded rods into these and push the oil cooler out evenly without damaging the sealing surfaces. A quick internet search might have revealed the problem with the oil cooler cover bolts beforehand, because you're certainly not the first person to encounter this. If I were you, I'd check if you damaged any more pipe and/or cable connections by lifting it. Your comment about what a professional company would have charged you is, of course, the icing on the cake of this tragicomedy. Good luck next time.

Maybe I'm thinking to simple, but why not start by cutting the bolt off. You can try going back in with shorter bolts, and if they don't give you enough purchase then undo all the mounts and everything else involved. Just a thought, to late now I'm watching the vid so you already did it.
