To do consistently, try flying until you reach the 2nd small line on your minimap. After jumping from your helicopter, try aiming for the chopper on the yacht to guarantee the boss dies. After death, wait in your submarine for a min or 2 with touching and buttons and then you can move. Oh and fyi you do still get that extra life on Hard mode so you could make a lot more

The D-Day mission does give an extra life on Hard Mode, Ive been doing it

Do ice breaker with 4 people. Blow up ac units and then blow up the truck. When you spawn back in drive it almost to the yellow dot and wait 12 minutes you’ll make 312k plus what you got when you blew up the truck.
