Would be nice to have a preventer system and also have the rudder stalk in watertight compartment separate from all electronics and other equipment.

As a complete noob about sailing, or boats in general. This boat has a certain practical, let’s get this done vibe about it.
There is an utter dependence on the electrical system, and I hope someone on board is a contortionist to fit in that engine room. Would have put a couple of hatches in from the twin room.
There is a tendency to squeeze every possible cabin possible in most builds, the berth/ workbench/ laundry cabin is definitely a step in another direction.

When I saw the title I thought this would be about a REAL explorer yacht, for high latitudes and actual exploring and passage making. Turns out it's just another luxury McYacht for cockpit cocktails while stern-to in a Med marina.

LOL Toby, you don't need a "silent electric drive" to do 3-4 knots. Just raise the sails! Cheaper too!

It's a bit overcustomized. The "nav room" is a joke. On a 64ft yacht having such a huge space boarded off… WHY? How much time modern cruisers spend doing their charts? Yet, a huge percentage of space is lost there. No third bathroom, some "emergency toilet" instead. Finding a skipper who would agree to travel like that (especially with no shower) would be problematic. I understand the desire to show off as "experienced sea wolves" but in this particular case, I think they'd be better off just listening to boat builders and their experience. I also think an Oyster 675 would be both better AND cheaper AND faster.

Great hardtop it's as if they were inspired by mine but yer wow that's a very impressive yacht huge amount of thought and experience gone in
