The 1st Boardwalk was 77 meters. Interestingly enough, he was instrumental in changing the "Flag of Convenience back in "18 when he had a Westport. Neither Boardwalk was registered in the US, which I personally don't blame him for.

US government officials don't get extra pay for living on a boat, but they can be reimbursed for official travel expenses (lodging, meals, etc.) if the boat use is for government business. Host a party, travel with dignitaries all reimbursed.
