So if Angeles LLC made milestone of 80% of the contracted cost of the yacht!, that’s a biut over $3 million on a $4 miilion vessel. No wonder Rico/Victoria are suing. That’s a ton of cash. If Bering files for bankruptcy due to other cancelled orders then it’s likely Rico/Victoria/others will be left holding the bag.

I appreciate this update and the thoroughness of your channel reporting. However, it is a bit cheeky to use a thumbnail that mimics Nautistyles page releases. At first glance, I thought this was a NautiStyles release and clicked on it expecting that. I would’ve just as quickly clicked on It should have been prominently posted as a SuperYacht news report on their lawsuit. Respectfully, your channel is strong enough without moves like this.
This lawsuit, is very sad news for Nico and Victoria.
Think about the "Sponsors" of individual products and tech..sold into being involved for FUTURE advertising of their product..that are now hung out to dry on this build. You have to believe that its a pretty long list?? The way those 2 operate..I'm sure there's a lot of product just sitting in limbo with no perceived value..at least at this point. Obsoletion becomes a factor..

Yeah I watch more than a few videos of naughty styles with bearing yachts and my immediate thought came to me that maybe these 3 are swinging and something went wrong what the size of the width and length of the "yachts" 😅 and yeah, that's my story and I'm sticking to it 🙄😁😂

Classic over extension by Bering. Juggling to many projects to make that money. It caught up with them. They should have focused all their resources to have completed the Nauti yacht on how visible the project was. Now, it is to late. The damage is done to both parties. Berings reputation is trashed and ultimately they are losing contracts and boat loads of money. It would not surprise me if this puts them out of business. For Nauti, they are still waiting and losing money on charters and video content, plus what money they have in the project.
Some time ago, Nauti Guys reported that they were requesting the boat be moved to another yard for completion. Given what you reported, this is not part of the terms of the suit. What is the probability that Beiring will finish the vessel? It doesn't look good to me. Does anyone know if moving to another yard is still their goal?
I never liked the idea of having this boat built in Turkey and the potential legal problems that could ensue. For example the electrical wiring, equipment, engines and fittings in general, would those be up to US standard? Had this boat been for personal use only, that would not matter quite the same. For charter and the strict safety requirements, local US laws etc., it was always going to be a minefield. The buyers should have had an American engineer on site from day one, to inspect things like welding, wiring and general standards and so on. Many Cruise Companies employ groups of staff, to verify their ships, the chosen Captain, Engineers and Domestic staff even. This all lessens risk of lawsuits from passengers or their families in the event of death. It also ensures that there are people running the ship who literally know it intimately. It is a massive responsibility to start a Charter company in these days, one that I would not want. I am so sorry for the buyers, they must be heart broken.

Interesting, the court case as described by you differs from the one they have described before. They had previously said they were trying to take ownership of the vessel to give it to a different boat yard to complete. It sounds like the court case is trying to compel them to finish the yacht at Bering instead. Seems risky, but maybe contract language makes it their only recourse after all.
