I don’t know what the cruising yacht club has against catamarans and trimarans but it seems weird that they allow MOTOR sailers in the race, ie. Diesel driven maxis, but no performance catamarans maybe one day in the future this will be a race of equality, open to all, after all this race was started as a cruise in company with cruising boats.
