I don't sail but I have some people that annoy me. Would explosives work on humans in the same way? I don't want to hurt them, just make them go away. Like, when I am having a quiet coffee in a cafe and I want to deter a talkative table near me. Has anybody tried this?

I have one idea . We could enlist orcas in the Portuguese navy and put them in charge of dealing with the Russian submarines that are circling our waters.

Orcas weren't so bold in the days of our forefathers because they recognized our apex predator status, now that we act weak they exploit that, food for thought.
